There are not many people employed as will writers outside of a solictors practice or those self employed people who write will either as part of a franchise or truly independent businesses.

One of the aspects of a will writing job is the hours. Nearly all solicitors will operate during office hours only, but the self employed will writers often do not have an office but will work from home and visit clients in their own homes. This could mean that you may be called upon to work evenings or even weekends. Don't think that the only people interested in wills are elderley people!
