This is the best and most informative book in these three fields. I bought this along with the which?guide and this is far better. I am currently taking an estate through probate and this book is proving invaluable.
I only knew a little about probate and found this easy to use informative guide both accessible and written in plain English.

I'm really impressed that someone has taken such a daunting and legal subject and managed to explain it in a way that anyone can understand. Whether you're writing your own will, or sorting out the affairs of someone else, I don't think you could find a clearer book on the subject.

Excellent book - easy to understand.. a real idiots guide - but full of information!

A really extensive but well written guide to what has to be done before (wills) and after death (probate and tax). The Index of sections is well structured so that one can go to a specific action that needs doing or understand the whole procedure of a required action. Simple descriptions but in detail so that nothing is left out. Even if you decide to use a solicitor you have the knowledge (or access to it) to understand and check the process.
