I have used various Law Pack guides in the past to avoid using Solicitors if I can. My wife and I needed to make our wills, and baulked at the cost quoted by our local solicitor.
For less than a tenner we were able to construct wills exactly as we required, following the excellent instructions. For most people, like us, making a will need not be a complicated business, and this pack is perfect.
You should make a will. I recommend you use this pack.

The pack arrives with a CD and a booklet on what is required. I found the booklet useful in determining what I needed to do and on the CD are all the forms that are required to make up your will. I should imagine the size of your estate will determine how comlex your will could be. For me this will do the job without the professional fees that could be incurred.

Not many of us like to think of something as 'last will and testament', but who knows what tommorow will bring. We can just say let them fight over it when we are gone, but what if after the fight the winner is someone we dont particulaely like; or does not deserve what we have left? This kit had been opened before but not used and so had in all the paperwork I needed to make sure that if and when I go the little I have will go to thaose I choose.

This is really only suitable if you have very basic requirements regarding your assets - but it does come with a very informative booklet that explains what you need to know.
