This is the best and most informative book in these three fields. I bought this along with the which?guide and this is far better. I am currently taking an estate through probate and this book is proving invaluable.
I only knew a little about probate and found this easy to use informative guide both accessible and written in plain English.

I'm really impressed that someone has taken such a daunting and legal subject and managed to explain it in a way that anyone can understand. Whether you're writing your own will, or sorting out the affairs of someone else, I don't think you could find a clearer book on the subject.

Wills and probate aren't the most fun things we'll ever have to do and there is very little info out there to help. Dealing with my mother's estate would have been a real nightmare without this book. Plainly-written, straightforward advice - I found this guide utterly invaluable. Also contains lots of info about making out your own will, valuing assetts etc. The government should give out a copy of this book to everyone the day they leave school (because you never know when you're going to need it.)

Very usefull reference in the unfortunate case where you have a death in the family, especially if you are the executor.
Good advice on making a will. Some of the probate detail seems a bit different to my experience to date.
